Job Description / Responsibility

Designation: Junior Executive / Executive – Dispatch & Compliance, Itel AC
Functional title: Warehouse Operation Executive
Reports to: Warehouse In-Charge
Type: Full-Time
Location: Warehouse Location
Role Purpose:
Handle day-to-day order processing, dispatch coordination, and goods-movement documentation (including VAT/Mushak challans), ensuring accurate records and timely, compliant dispatch of both finished goods and spare parts.
Job Description:
Process incoming sales/dispatch orders and generate delivery challans against confirmed orders.
Coordinate day-to-day dispatch scheduling with transport providers and track delivery status.
Maintain accurate stock entries and dispatch records in the inventory system/ERP.
Prepare warehouse-side VAT documentation for goods movement — for every outbound dispatch, per NBR requirements.
Maintain organized filing of all dispatch documents, invoices, and challans for audit readiness.
Assist the Warehouse In-Charge during physical stock counts and inventory audits.
Handle routine order-status queries from distributors, retailers, or the sales team.
Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor's degree in business studies, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 30 years
Only Male
Qualifications & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, order processing, or logistics documentation.
Basic familiarity with VAT/Mushak documentation is a strong plus.
Comfortable with Excel and ERP/data-entry systems.
Ideal candidate:
