Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are country leading reputed group of Companies. It has more than twelve sister of concerns having proven record of business experience in country & abroad for four decades looking Shift Engineer-Electrical Production, Packaging & Maintenance for this Organization. The Shift Engineer-Electrical Production, Packaging & Maintenance should be manage Production, Packaging & Maintenance of Packaging. The ideal candidate must have expertise in PLCs, AC/DC drives, low/medium voltage switchgear, and packaging automation of Packing Plant.
We believe in Users satisfaction, Priority in social responsibility, To reach in hub of the farmers as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Line Support: Oversee electrical operations of high-speed manufacturing lines, minimizing downtime.
Packaging Machinery Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems for packaging lines.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM): Execute scheduled maintenance on motors, drives, inverters, and PLCs.
Weighbridge:
Scale Operation-Proficient use of truck scales, digital indicators, load cells.
Troubleshooting & Calibration: Basic detection of weight fluctuations, sensor errors, and routine calibration maintenance.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide electrical technicians on the floor.
Compliance & Safety: Make sure safety and security of its operations.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
