Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
To achieve the sales target, M. R. Electronics, a renowned electronics distributor, will be hired as the manager for Walton Plaza (St.).
Job Responsibilities:
Create sub-dealers for the Plaza (St.) to increase sales volume.
Ensure a strong presence, visibility, and market dominance of the company's products.
Enhance showroom operational activities and develop the customer convincing skills of sales executives.
Perform showroom-level support functions, including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back-office support.
Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the region.
Develop showroom operations to increase cost-effective sales while minimising operational expenses.
Be responsible for the profitability of the Plaza (St.).
Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals accordingly.
Operate customised software to maintain Plaza (St.) operations.
Maintain all documents and records accurately daily.
Manage crises effectively and ensure business continuity.
Optimise workforce utilisation to achieve service excellence.

Educational Requirements

Minimum graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Gas

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Only Male
Additional Requirements:
Age not more than 40 years
Candidates must be proficient in motorcycling with a valid license.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills in both Bengali and English.
Good Leadership skills.
Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
Capable to operate outlook, Microsoft office, e-communication and internet browsing.
