Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Growth & CRM Executive to support our real estate marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing digital advertising campaigns, maintaining CRM systems, optimizing digital presence, and providing performance insights that contribute to business growth.
- This role is ideal for an early-career or mid-level professional with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in digital marketing, and a passion for driving measurable results.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Generate qualified real estate leads through digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Implement lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover and follow-up.
- CRM Management & Sales Funnel Monitoring
- Maintain and update CRM databases accurately.
- Track lead status, sales pipeline progression, and customer interactions.
- Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-up tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor CRM data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate regular CRM performance reports and sales funnel insights.
- SEO, GEO & Digital Presence Optimization
- Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO recommendations, and content optimization.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and search engines.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, user behavior, and lead generation performance.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve organic reach and search visibility.
- Content Strategy & Management
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, blogs, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators for campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing and sales KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor campaign ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Present actionable recommendations based on performance data.
- Support marketing planning through data-driven insights.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 36 years
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Click Up CRM, Bitrix24, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
