Job Description / Responsibility

The Bangladesh Publishers and Book-Sellers Association invites applications from qualified, energetic, and dedicated candidates for the following position of Computer Operator.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, edit, and format official documents, letters, notices, and reports.
Perform data entry and maintain electronic records.
Operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Manage email correspondence and document filing.
Assist in maintaining databases and office records.
Provide administrative and IT-related support as assigned.
Perform other official duties assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum HSC or Bachelor`s degree from a recognized university.
Diploma or certificate in Computer Applications will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Individual/Personal Recruitment

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
Fresh candidates with excellent computer skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
Fast and accurate typing in both Bangla and English.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Age: Preferably 22–35 years (Age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates).
