Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates starting their careers in the ISP industry. The role involves assisting customers with internet service inquiries, resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Assist customers with internet connectivity issues by following standard troubleshooting procedures.
Register and track customer complaints using the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the NOC or Technical Support team.
Provide information on internet packages, billing, and company services.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet service quality and response time targets.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (running students in the final semester may also apply).
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Requirements
Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and internet applications).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a shift-based environment.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, routers, and broadband internet is a plus.
