Job Description / Responsibility

Perform day-to-day basic accounting tasks of the Accounts Department.
Maintain vouchers, ledger entries, bills, records, and other accounting documents.
Prepare reports and manage financial data using MS Excel.
Support the Accounts team in regular accounting operations.
Maintain proper documentation and data records.
Perform computer-based tasks and online browsing activities as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements

3–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if they have strong accounting knowledge and required skills.
Have basic knowledge of social media and online activities.
Must have basic accounting knowledge.
Good computer operating skills.
Knowledge of internet browsing is required.
Must have a clear understanding of basic accounting procedures and Accounts Department activities.
Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory:
Pivot Table and Pivot Chart
Data analysis and reporting using Excel,
Advanced formulas/functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS).
Data sorting, filtering, and data validation,
Chart and graphical presentation of data,
Handling large data sets and preparing financial reports.
Excel-based accounting data management and reconciliation.
Conditional formatting and dashboard/report preparation
