Foam Cutting/Filling Machine Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Set up and operate foam cutting machines according to work orders.
Read and interpret production drawings, specifications, and cutting dimensions.
Measure, mark, and cut foam materials accurately.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Minimize material waste and maintain production efficiency.
Set up, operate, and monitor foam filling machines according to production schedules.
Load foam materials into the machine and ensure continuous material flow.
Adjust machine settings to achieve the required filling weight, density, and consistency.
Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Record production data, including output, material usage, and downtime.
Minimize material waste and optimize machine efficiency.

Educational Requirements

8 Pass

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Good knowledge of continuous foam production process.
Ability to operate automatic machines.
Basic machine troubleshooting knowledge.
Quality control awareness.
