Job Description / Responsibility

Implement supply chain strategies in line with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Prepare note sheets, procurement documents, ERP transactions, and approval-related documentation.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process procurement approvals.
Manage local and international procurement of stationaries items ,accessories, engineering items, machinery spare parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) items, and general store materials for garments and textile operations.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain approved supplier records and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
Monitor procurement, inventory, logistics, and spare parts availability to optimize cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
Prepare procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain KPI reports.
Supervise and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
