Job Description / Responsibility
- 100% honest in all aspect.
- Ensuring yarn related all work such as PI collection, LC opening and communicating with the supplier.
- Ensuring early commitment from the supplier for the delivery of yarn.
- Ensure on-time in housing of yarn received from the spinning unit according to production schedules and suppliers` commitment.
- Track pending yarn deliveries and follow up with the spinning team to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate daily with spinning production, planning, warehouse, and quality teams to maintain uninterrupted yarn supply.
- Monitor yarn production status and prepare daily in housing plans.
- Verify yarn quantity, count, lot number, shade, and quality before warehouse receipt.
- Ensure timely ERP posting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on yarn receipt, stock status, and delivery performance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for timely yarn release and acceptance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory, warehouse efficiency, and supply chain performance.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned time to time.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Only Male
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Planning, or SCM operations in a spinning or textile manufacturing company.
- Experience in yarn in housing, inventory management, and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong mathematical knowledge and error Less calculation.
- Strong knowledge of spinning processes and yarn handling.
- Inventory planning and warehouse management.
- ERP/MRP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
