Job Description / Responsibility
- We're Hiring – Procurement Manager
- Location: Ventura Mall, House 14-A, Road 103, Block CEN(C), Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh
- Job Summary
- HC GROUP CO., LTD. is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee local and international sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and import procurement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, machinery, spare parts, and office supplies.
- Handle import procurement, L/C, TT, shipping documents, and customs-related processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and commercial banks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and cost analyses.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Finance, Warehouse, and Management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Service Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Alternative Acceptable 1. Degrees BBA/MBA in Business 2. Administration Bachelor`s/Master`s in Supply Chain 3. Management Bachelor`s/Master`s in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)4. Bachelor`s/Master`s in Logistics & Supply Chain 5.
