- Excel Structural Solutions is a leading engineering consultancy and construction company specializing in structural design, industrial retrofitting, RCC & Steel Structure Construction, Steel Building Construction, Structural Health Assessment, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and the supply of steel plates and structural steel materials. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated marketing professionals to expand our business nationwide.
- Steel Building Construction & Steel Materials Sales
- Job Location: Dhaka (Frequent Client Visits & Project Site Visits Across Bangladesh)
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Steel Structures, Industrial Buildings, and Structural Retrofitting Projects.
- Promote and market steel plates, structural steel materials, fabricated steel members, and engineering solutions.
- Visit industrial clients, factories, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and corporate organizations.
- Prepare project proposals, technical presentations, quotations, and tender documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and business development plans.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma Engineers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design
Additional Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of steel structures, construction materials, and industrial projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
- A valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Steel Building Construction (PEB)
- Structural Steel Fabrication
- Steel Plate & Structural Steel Material Sales
- Industrial Construction
- Engineering Consultancy
- Construction Materials Marketing
