Job Description / Responsibility
- This role is responsible to identify and target potential customers in the Commercial and Industrial sectors in Dhaka city, expanding the company`s market reach of Industrial cylinders. Additionally, the incumbent has to develop Industrial sales through SNG (Synthetic Natural Gas) system in Bangladesh market.
- Find out the potential Commercial and Industrial customers (mostly HoReCa and small industries) in Dhaka region. Also, find out the potential Bulk LPG customers for SNG in Narayanganj, Gazipur and Savar area.
- Prepare drawing and BOQ as per customer requirement of the LPG.
- Prepare technical offers according to the customer’s needs.
- Present proposals to, negotiate with and close sales deals with the customers.
- Assist customers in obtaining the installation permissions from the Explosive and other Govt. Departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Technical Support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets as per budget/FC, maximizing the Margin.
- Ensure compliance according to the company policies.
- Ensure periodical maintenance and safety service to the customers to make the customer loyal.
- Ensure area and territory sales activities meet LPG safety standards including safe cylinder handling and transport safety and report all incidents.
- Execute other responsibilities delegated by management that are relevant to the employee’s role, aligned with business priorities, and consistent with compliance and accountability standards.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Additional Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in core field sales in relevant industry.
- Experience in Gas, LPG, Cylinder, Fuel/Petroleum or FMCG sales will be given preference.
- Must have proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Must be willing to conduct field visit for business expansion and customer retention.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have the basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
