Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Bangladesh.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
Increase market share through effective territory management and business development.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and compliance with the company's credit policy.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Organize dealer meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
Monitor inventory availability and market demand.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practices.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Only Male
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of dealer and distributor management.
Experience in project sales and institutional sales will be an advantage.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
