Office time: 8 AM-5 PM.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering
Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Both males and females can apply. Females are especially encouraged.
Previous experience in a customer support role (Optional).
Candidate should have good listening, communication skill.
Knowledge in word, excel & power point preferred.
Good in oral & written communication.
Verbal communication & listening skill.
Must be customer focused and be able to adapt to different personality types.
Good in writing & speaking in English.
Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Candidates have to make Inbound/Outbound calls.
