Job Description / Responsibility

ICAS INTERNATIONAL LTD is a Reputed Compliance Audit Certification and Service Provider Company. There’s scope of work is Social Compliance, ISO certifications, Product Certifications, Environmental, Certifications and so on. Scope of work in different Industries including Govt Infrastructures Development Project areas.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
Bachelor`s degree in any discipline is preferred.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Only Female
Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
Good typing speed and data entry skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
1– 5 years or more of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, and Customer care Support, Telemarketing will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply who are well conversed in both Bengali and English.
