Job Description / Responsibility

Department: Executive – Customer Care
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the front desk, patient reception, registration, and appointment processes.
Provide accurate information regarding doctors’ appointments, serials, consultation schedules, and services.
Receive and manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and necessary documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments to ensure smooth patient services.
Make follow-up calls and communicate with patients when required.
Maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and service standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized institution.
Bachelor’s Degree holders will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic

Additional Job Requirements

Only Female
0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Front Desk, Reception, Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare organizations will be preferred.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both Bangla and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
