Job Description / Responsibility

The primary responsibility of this role is to reply to incoming customer emails clearly, professionally, and confidently in English.
Job Responsibilities
Reply to regular customer inquiries through email.
Write clear, professional, and grammatically correct English responses.
Communicate with international customers regarding services, pricing, features, and other inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Explain services and product benefits in a simple and convincing way.
Negotiate pricing and discounts through email while following company guidelines.
Follow up with interested customers and potential clients.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, billing questions, and refund requests professionally.
Manage messages received through social media, live chat, websites, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the relevant teams when technical or product-related support is required.
Maintain proper records of customer communications.
Help improve customer satisfaction, retention, and sales conversion.
