Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and review hospital financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Oversee IPD/OPD billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including VAT, Tax (TDS, AIT), and other financial regulations.
Monitor and control expenditures to align with approved budgets.
Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities of cost savings and optimization.
Assist in financial planning, cost control, and strategic financial decision-making.
Maintain financial data accuracy and implement internal control procedures.
Lead and guide junior finance team members in their roles and professional development.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 45 years
Only Male
4–6 years of relevant experience in Diagnostic or Hospital accounts or finance.
Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and healthcare billing procedures.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication, analytical, and team management abilities.
Sound knowledge of VAT and AIT
