Job Description / Responsibility
  • Location: Dhaka (baily Road ,Ramna)
  • A well-established and diversified business group is seeking an exceptional Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead its finance function.
  • We are looking for a highly intelligent, commercially minded finance professional who can think strategically, solve complex financial challenges, and support business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Cash flow forecasting, treasury, and fund management.
  • Financial reporting, budgeting, and preparation of management accounts.
  • Banking, trade finance, LCs, foreign transactions, and lender relationships.
  • Bangladesh VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance.
  • Commercial operations, import/export finance, and documentation.
  • Working capital optimization and financial planning.
  • Develop practical financial strategies to improve profitability and liquidity.
  • Lead the finance team and maintain strong internal controls.

Educational Requirements
  • Proven experience managing finance for a growing business.
  • Strong understanding of banking, treasury, commercial operations, and taxation.
  • High analytical ability (high IQ) with excellent financial and business judgment.
  • Confident communicator and effective leader.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel and accounting software skills.
