- We are one of the leading flat steel manufacturing companies in Bangladesh with modern production facilities located in Savar and corporate operations based in Banani and English Road. We are seeking dynamic and professional Chartered Accountants to strengthen our Accounts & Finance team.

- Position Summary
- The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in managing and strengthening the overall finance and accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, costing, budgeting, ERP implementation support, internal control, and compliance activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall accounting and financial management functions of the company.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
- Supervise product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, Companies Act, VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support and coordinate the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP, especially accounting, costing, inventory, and finance-related modules.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, MIS, and KPI dashboards for decision-making.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and fund management.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure operational efficiency and professional development.
- Coordinate with factory operations regarding production costing, inventory, procurement, and financial controls.
Educational Requirements
- Must be an ACA/ACMA/ACCA
- BBA/MBA from any reputed university.

- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably steel or heavy manufacturing sector, will be highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems implementation and operation, preferably Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, VAT, Tax, and financial reporting.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
