Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive / Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts Department with 4-5 years experience in a hotel or resort to join our team at our 4-Star Boutique Hotel in Cox's Bazar.
Maintain daily accounting records in the accounting software.
Prepare payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers accurately.
Maintain general ledger, cash book, and bank book properly.
Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Monitor daily hotel revenue and verify sales reports.
Reconcile POS reports with cash and online collections.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Process payroll and ensure VAT and tax compliance.
Support cost control and monitor departmental budgets.
Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
Perform any other department related duties assigned by the Departmental Head.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Graduation in Accounting / Finance from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hotel, Motel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 32 years
Only Male
Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Non-smoker will get priority.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
