Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Mim Accessories is looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of accounting operations, VAT, Tax, and Letter of Credit (LC) management. The candidate should be capable of maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting smooth financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Prepare vouchers, ledgers, cash books, bank reconciliation, and financial statements.
Handle VAT and Tax-related documentation, calculations, return preparation, and compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain communication with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities.
Manage LC documentation, import-related banking procedures, and customs-related financial documents.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
