Job Description / Responsibility

Experience in preparing complete Architectural Working Drawing Sets.
Experience in RAJUK Submission Drawings and authority approval drawings.
Experience in Construction Drawings and Detail Drawings.
Experience in preparing As-built Drawings.
Ability to revise and update drawings based on design changes.
Experience in coordinating Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Fighting drawings.
Experience in preparing door-window schedules, area statements, and drawing indexes.
Experience in multi-storey residential, commercial and mixed-use projects will be preferred.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture
Diploma in Architecture, Architecture Technology, or Drafting Technology from a recognized institution.
A Bachelor`s degree in Architecture or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in an Architectural Consultancy Firm.
Excellent command of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of CAD standards, layer management, plotting, Xref, blocks and sheet setup.
Ability to prepare drawings from sketches, mark-ups, PDFs and hand drawings.
Basic knowledge of SketchUp will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
