Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating GCC visa processing and related services.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including marketing, candidate sourcing, CV collection, screening, talent acquisition, interview coordination, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and business partners.
- Coordinate and manage applicant interviews and ensure effective communication between candidates and employers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the growth and expansion of recruitment services.
- Manage and coordinate GCC visa processing and related documentation.
- Plan and manage recruitment campaigns and maintain an updated candidate database.
- Coordinate with employers, candidates, and relevant stakeholders throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
- Ensure the smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management regarding business development and recruitment activities.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Marketing
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Manpower Recruitment
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the complete recruitment process.
- Experience in Immigration/Visa Processing and Immigration and Education Consultancy Services will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Canva, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve professional targets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive, professional, and target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
