We are currently seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to lead high-profile projects from concept through execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring alignment on project vision, budget, and timeline.
- Design Direction: Spearhead innovative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that align with project requirements and brand standards.
- Technical Oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and building-code compliance of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire junior and intermediate architects, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous learning.
- Quality & Resource Control: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure profitability and high-standard execution.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
- Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm
Additional Job Requirements
- Licensure: Professional Architect license (e.g., IAB) is strongly preferred.
- Experience: For Sr. Architect - Minimum of [8–10+] years of professional architectural experience, with a proven portfolio showcasing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects & For Junior Architects - Minimum of [5+] years of professional architectural experience, with a proven portfolio showcasing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Other suitable software..
- Technical Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, construction methods, and material assemblies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
