Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, door and window schedules, and detailed construction drawings.
Modify and revise drawings according to architects` instructions and project requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare submission drawings for RAJUK and other regulatory authorities.
Ensure drawings comply with BNBC, RAJUK Building Rules, and company standards.
Maintain proper drawing records, revision histories, and document control.
Assist architects in preparing design presentations and project documentation.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and ensure construction matches approved drawings.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors regarding drawing clarifications.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Architecture.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years
Only Male
3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in a real estate, architectural consultancy, or construction company.
Expert proficiency in Auto CAD (2D drafting is mandatory).
Working knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.
Familiarity with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and construction documentation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
