Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong architectural background to support our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, working drawings of buildings and interior project.
Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical details using AutoCAD based on sketches, sketch up model, or verbal instructions.
Create detail plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
Preparing RAJUK/Cantonment Board approval drawings.
Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
Coordinate with on-site teams to incorporate feedback and revisions.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture
Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Proven experience as an Auto CAD Draftsman in an architectural firm or construction environment.
Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is a plus.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural MEP drawings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
