Job Description / Responsibility

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to oversee site execution, technical quality, schedule adherence, and contractor performance on building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Technical Leadership: Direct daily field operations, ensuring all civil, structural, and MEP works strictly align with approved engineering designs and building codes.
Constructability & RFI Management: Review drawings, shop submittals, and specifications; resolve site-level engineering conflicts and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
Schedule & Progress Control: Monitor critical path milestones , track subcontractor productivity, and implement recovery plans for potential delays.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and OSHA safety protocols, supervising material sampling, laboratory testing, and site inspections.
Cost Engineering & Valuation: Evaluate contractor payment certificates, verify completed work quantities, and review change orders for accuracy.
Stakeholder Coordination: Lead technical coordination meetings between client representatives, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and local regulatory authorities.
Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior field engineers and site supervisors to maintain quality standards.
