Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist the General Manager in planning, executing, and supervising construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and resource utilization.
- Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, BNBC 2020, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Review BOQs, estimates, material requisitions, and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs, contractor performance, and work progress.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Conduct regular project site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify contractor running bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Prepare project progress reports, KPI reports, and management presentations.
- Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor selection and material approval.
- Lead emergency response and crisis management related to construction activities.
- Support business development by providing technical input during project planning and feasibility studies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual construction performance reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 12 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in construction and real estate development.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Proven experience in managing high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, contract administration, QA/QC, and HSE.
- Sound knowledge of BNBC 2020, construction methodologies, and project management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
