Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities at the branch.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant retail experience may receive preference.
Experience Requirements
3+years of experience in fashion retail, lifestyle retail, or a similar industry.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or branch management role.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and target-oriented mindset.
Customer relationship management.
Inventory and stock management.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Requirements
Age: 26–40 years (preferred).
Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and retail shift schedules.
Passion for fashion and customer service.
