Job Description / Responsibility
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present interior design solutions.
  • Client follow up to secure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and corporate partners.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client communication.
  • Execute digital and offline marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and submit regular sales reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Architecture
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Diploma in Civil
  • Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Market Research Firms, Public Relation Companies, Real Estate
