Job Description / Responsibility

Salam Miah Housing is one of the leading real estate companies in Barisal, committed to making home ownership affordable through flexible installment-based housing solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide daily coaching, training, and field guidance to the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase leads and conversions.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking.
Assist sales executives in handling customer meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Generate new sales opportunities through marketing initiatives, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign performance.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Previous experience leading or managing a sales team is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and develop action plans.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
