Job Description / Responsibility

Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, disciplined and qualified fitness professionals to join our Gymnasium team. The role involves guiding members in achieving their fitness goals through proper training, supervision and motivation while ensuring a safe and professional workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
Conduct fitness assessments, body composition analysis and progress tracking.
Provide professional guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition basics and injury prevention.
Supervise and mentor junior instructors.
Ensure overall discipline, safety and smooth operation of the gym.
Handle member queries, complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Educational Requirements

Advanced Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of gym equipment, workout programming and injury management
Excellent communication and motivational abilities
Strong passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if required)
Good grooming and professional behavior
CPR/First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
