Job Description / Responsibility

Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, disciplined and qualified fitness professionals to join our Gymnasium team. The role involves guiding members in achieving their fitness goals through proper training, supervision and motivation while ensuring a safe and professional workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist members with workout plans and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
Supervise gym floor activities to ensure safety and discipline
Provide basic fitness assessments and support personalized training programs
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of gym equipment
Motivate members to achieve fitness goals and maintain consistency
Support senior instructors in advanced training sessions and programs

Educational Requirements

Diploma/Certification in Fitness Training, Physical Education or related field

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises
Physically fit and presentable
Strong passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if required)
Good grooming and professional behavior
CPR/First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
