Job Description / Responsibility

Guidance International School (GIS), a leading English Medium School in Bangladesh, is inviting applications from qualified, enthusiastic, and committed professionals for the following positions:
Job Responsibilities
Teach Biology in the Senior Section following the Cambridge Curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and examination materials.
Conduct laboratory practical sessions while maintaining laboratory safety standards.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and school activities.

Educational Requirements

Master`s Degree (M.Sc.) in Biology or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
O & A Level educational background will be considered an advantage.
Cambridge Professional Development qualifications will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed English Medium School.
Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE/O Level Biology is mandatory.
Experience in conducting Biology practical classes and laboratory management will be preferred.
Requirements
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management skills.
Sound knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and educational technology.
Passion for student learning and professional development.
