Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Besthome Properties Ltd. is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented professionals for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive – Land & Estate. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying land opportunities, developing relationships with landowners, supporting Joint Venture (JV) projects, and assisting in land acquisition activities to expand the company's real estate portfolio.
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential landowners and land opportunities for Joint Venture (JV) and outright purchase.
- Conduct regular field visits to locate and evaluate potential development sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations with landowners for Joint Venture and land acquisition.
- Collect, verify, and organize land-related documents for due diligence.
- Coordinate with the Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Design & Planning, and Project Management departments throughout the acquisition process.
- Conduct market surveys on land prices, competitor projects, and development trends.
- Prepare land feasibility reports, visit reports, and project updates for management.
- Maintain a database of landowners, brokers, and prospective development opportunities.
- Achieve monthly land sourcing and acquisition targets assigned by management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

- Age 27 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Experience from Real Estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Good knowledge of land documentation, mutation, registration, and land-related procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, and professional behavior.
- Motorcycle driving license will be considered an added advantage.
