Job Description / Responsibility

Proven working experience in Business Development Department of any as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate company.
Conduct continuous market research in the similar industry in order to identify market trends, potential new clients and ways to serve existing clients better
Developing new products and services to meet the needs of existing clients
Develop ideas for lead generation and new client acquisition
Contacting potential new clients to gauge interest in order to convert leads
Preparing business deck i.e., client and investors presentations and materials
Communicating business terms and conditions in order to design business proposal and value proposition
Working with senior management to set sales goals forecasting projected revenue
Manage business risk along with senior management
Working closely with marketing team for brand, product and service development and promotion
Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
Monitor client feedback closely ensuring the business delivers the best products and services
Communicate potential and existing customers on the phone.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans. Find Prospective Clients by field visit.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proper time management skills.
Mentality of taking challenges and thinking out of the box to meet the mission and vision of the organization.
