Senior Sales Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through personal networking, referrals, corporate relationships, and strategic business development.
Present and sell premium hotel ownership, land projects, and real estate investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, investors, SME owners, and corporate clients.
Conduct investment presentations, meetings, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
Mentor and support junior sales executives whenever required.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare management reports.
Ensure complete compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Represent Divine Group professionally at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) in Real Estate
East West University,IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,American International University Bangladesh,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Top 5 Public University or Top 15 Private University in Bangladesh.
MBA holders from reputed institutions will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Consulting Firms, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Foreign university graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with an Engineering degree followed by an MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration will receive preference.
