Job Description / Responsibility
- lead to sell commercial properties and suites
- Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned business execution.
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
- Sell company shares and real estate projects, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by presenting properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assist customers with property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate sales activities with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Align all sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and long-term business objectives.
- Contribute to business planning, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Identify market risks and growth opportunities and recommend actionable business strategies.
- Plan and manage advertising, promotions, and events across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop brochures, presentations, and digital marketing content.
- Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to guide sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with media, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and manage sales budgets to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Track campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Real Estate
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,United International University students will get preference
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
