Job Description / Responsibility
  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Marketing Sr Manager / Manager, combining in-office work at our Dhaka location with opportunities for remote work.
  • The role involves strategizing and executing sales and marketing initiatives for real estate (Apartment) projects, identifying potential customers and investors, driving lead generation, and managing client relationships.
  • The Sales & Marketing Sr / Manager will oversee market research, develop marketing campaigns, manage sales targets, collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Must be able to handle sales and marketing department all alone / incoordination with in-house or external team members.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
