Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead and manage overall regional sales operations, ensuring strong execution of the FMCG sales strategy.
  • Analyze market dynamics across wholesale, retail, and modern trade to identify growth opportunities and competitive gaps.
  • Appoint, develop, and manage distributors while ensuring ROI, capability building, and compliance with company standards.
  • Set clear sales, volume, and distribution targets for AMs and TMs, supported by regular performance reviews and coaching.
  • Drive in-market execution excellence, including coverage expansion, merchandising, visibility, and outlet productivity.
  • Prepare and share accurate monthly sales forecasts, demand trends, and inventory insights with the Sales Head.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and retail activation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, timely product availability, and disciplined execut
