Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates to join our Customer Service Department. The candidates will be responsible for handling online customer queries, responding to messages, and performing general call center duties as required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website live chat, email, and other messaging platforms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for product information, order confirmation, follow-up, and customer support.
- Present products confidently through Facebook Live, TikTok Live, video calls, recorded product videos, and other live-selling platforms.
- Explain product features, prices, wholesale benefits, minimum order quantities, stock availability, and promotional offers clearly during live presentations.
- Engage viewers during live sessions by answering questions, demonstrating products, encouraging orders, and maintaining an energetic and professional presentation style.
- Support the content team by appearing in promotional videos, product demonstrations, short-form videos, and social media campaigns when required.
- Convert customer inquiries and live viewers into confirmed orders through effective communication and sales presentation.
- Provide accurate and complete information using approved product details, pricing, and company resources.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering fast, courteous, and solution-focused service.
- Manage customer complaints and after-sales issues positively and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sourcing, warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounts teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Properly record customer conversations, orders, follow-ups, complaints, and feedback in the company CRM system.
- Stay updated on new products, stock, pricing, promotional offers, and company policies.
- Achieve assigned targets for response time, calls, live sessions, order confirmation, sales conversion, and customer follow-up.
- Perform other customer service, sales, presentation, or operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Call Center, E-commerce, Garments
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
