Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the national sales team to ensure maximum productivity and market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company`s presence in the poultry, livestock and animal health sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, dealers, distributors, farmers and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to formulate effective sales plans.
- Ensure product availability and efficient distribution throughout the assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings and sales performance reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and market intelligence reports for management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices and regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (AH)
- Bachelor/Honors
- MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

- Age At least 38 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Product Sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Strategic planning and business development expertise.
- Market analysis and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
