Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve assigned periodic sales targets.
  • Develop and manage agents to enhance sales performance.
  • Collect and manage sales leads, distribute to agents, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Procure freight forwarding business from both local and overseas markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports.
  • Support management with new business strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • University of Dhaka students will get preference
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 21 to 49 years

  • Freight Forwarding Business Experience
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, data handling).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments.
  • Professional, gentle, and courteous behavior.
