- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and generate new business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Integrated Logistics Solutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and business meetings.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Overseas Agents and Management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- An MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in an international freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain company will be highly preferred.
- PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong knowledge of International Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent command of both English and Bangla (written and spoken).
