Job Description / Responsibility

Must have knowledge in Import, Export, Customs, Bank, Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain etc. of the Commercial Department of the company. (Specially in Deemed Export)
Issue, Checking & Controlling of PI & Invoices, Packing List & Other related documents for Exporting/ Importing of Goods/ Services.
Liaison with Buyer, Bank, BGMEA, Customs, Shipping Line/ Forwarding Agents and Others Organization related to Export and Import Documentation.
Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import and Export as well as payment follow-up and Keep Record/ Analysis of Data Management, Prepare MIS report.
Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Import, Export, Customs, UCPDC-600, HS Code, and Inco Terms.
Should have Vast knowledge of Advance level MS-Excel, PowerPoints
Ability to work efficiently and calmly meet tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, mitigate company goals and objectives.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
