Job Description / Responsibility

Managed all in-bond and ex-bond customs procedures for a 100% export-oriented manufacturing company.
Prepared and processed UP, BOE, Ex-Bond, stock statements, and other customs documentation accurately and timely.
Maintained customs bond registers, inventory records, and stock reconciliation in compliance with regulations.
Coordinated annual customs bond audits, ensuring complete documentation and regulatory compliance.
Ensured compliance with NBR, Customs Bond Commissionerate, Bangladesh Customs Act, Bond Rules, and Export-Import policies.
Obtained, renewed, and managed customs bond licenses and statutory approvals.
Liaised with NBR, Customs, EPB/DEDO, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and C&F agents.
Coordinated with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted import-export operations.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Masters
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
