Job Description / Responsibility

Subject: Bangla, English, Mathematics, Higher Math, General Science, Accounting, Bangladesh & Global Studies (BGS), Finance & Banking, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, BEN, Agriculture, Religion & Moral Education, Arts and Crafts.
Version: Bangla & English
Conduct classes in accordance with the institution's academic curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture sheets, worksheets, question papers, and other academic materials.
Ensure an engaging, student-centered, and disciplined classroom environment.
Assess students' academic progress through class tests, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
Maintain students' attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and behavior.
Participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, school events, meetings, and training programs.
Prepare digital teaching materials, PowerPoint presentations, and video lessons as required.
Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
Master of Education (M.Ed)
Bachelor`s (Honors) and Master`s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
Candidates with excellent academic records will be given preference.
B.Ed./M.Ed. will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, College, School
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (as applicable).
Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to work in any institution operated by the BSB Foundation, if required.
