Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance Department. The successful candidate will ensure that effective and up-to-date quality assurance systems and quality control mechanisms are implemented across all stages of production. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with buyer requirements, international quality standards, and company policies to ensure high-quality merchandise for global buyers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure all products meet buyer specifications and international quality requirements.
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
- Monitor production processes to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct factory audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with buyer manuals, AQL standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize quality training programs for factory personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A Master`s degree will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements

- Experience Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the garment, textile, or buying house industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working with internationally reputed buyers is highly preferred.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
- Sound understanding of AQL, ISO standards, and buyer compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
